"We've taken delicious classics like the taco and enchilada and applied a gourmet fresh spin to them," says Executive Chef John Crook.
The Corn Tortilla Soup is served with a crab and lobster fritter, while the Stuffed Baja Squid and White Prawn Tacos both come with house made salsa. For mains, choose between a Mahi Mahi 'Chop' or the Tequila and Lime Crusted AAA Tenderloin. Complete the experience by savouring the Chocolate Banana Torte - delicioso!
